Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays (when the post office is closed) are not considered business days.
• Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for deliveries.
• Shipping Times: Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and the distance you are from Alabama. 
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once it has been scanned in with the shipping carrier, we are not able to "rush" it.
